Exciting Announcement: Strategic Partnerships Launched!

Zambia & Mozambique Strategic Partnership with CDT Group Germany–Italy
We are deeply honoured and sincerely grateful to the Governments of the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of Mozambique for entrusting CDT Group Germany–Italy and its affiliated institutions with the opportunity to contribute toward the sustainable development and empowerment of their nations and people.
This historic collaboration marks an important milestone in strengthening international cooperation between Africa and Europe through practical development initiatives, educational advancement, youth empowerment, humanitarian outreach, international trade, and sustainable investment opportunities.
We are delighted to officially announce that in October 2025 and March 2026 respectively, the Governments of Zambia and Mozambique signed and launched Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Twikatane e.V Charity, in collaboration with CDT Group Germany, comprising Central International University (CIU), DLI Germany, and Twikatane e.V Charity — all founded under one visionary umbrella dedicated to African transformation and global partnership.

Our goal is to help reduce the growing desperation that forces many young Africans to undertake dangerous and life-threatening migration journeys across oceans in search of better opportunities abroad.
